Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining our commitment to quality and collaboration with local suppliers, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:
For Events with Fewer Than 25 Guests (Dinner Parties or Cooking Lessons):
Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before your event to receive a full refund.
Rescheduling or Partial Refund: If you cancel between 30 and 10 days before your event, you have two options:
Reschedule to a mutually agreeable date, retaining your deposit.
Receive a 50% refund of your deposit (minus any processing fees).
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable.
For Events with 25 or More Guests (Including Weddings):
Non-Refundable Retainer: A $500 non-refundable retainer is required upon booking.
Additional Deposits: Any additional deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event.
Rescheduling or Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the event:
You may reschedule to a mutually agreeable date, retaining your deposit.
Alternatively, receive a 50% refund of your deposit (minus any processing fees).
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
High Season (Easter Weekend through the October Bank Holiday Weekend):
Guest Count and Event Changes: No changes to guest count or event details can be made less than 10 days before your event, as orders will have already been placed with our suppliers.
Low Season (All Other Dates):
Guest Count and Event Changes: No changes to guest count or event details can be made less than 7 days before your event.
Rentals and Third-Party Services:
If your event includes rentals or services from third-party partners, their individual cancellation policies will apply in addition to ours. If this applies to your event please request cancellation details from us for third-party services, as they may affect your overall refund eligibility.
Force Majeure Clause:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund minus any incurred costs.
Last-Minute Changes and Fees:
Changes to guest count or dietary restrictions made within the 10-day (high season) or 7-day (low season) period may incur additional fees, subject to availability and supplier constraints.
Reducing your guest count within this period does not result in a partial refund, as orders will have already been placed.
Payment & Final Balance:
For events with fewer than 25 guests, the final balance is due on the night of your event.
For events with 25 or more guests, the final balance is due 14 days before your event unless otherwise agreed.
Once the final payment is made, it is non-refundable.
By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
