What types of events do you cater?
We specialize in luxury celebrations, including weddings, retirements, dinner parties, significant birthdays, hen and stag parties, Irish vacations, vow renewals, and any occasion that calls for a memorable gathering.
What size groups do you cater to?
No event is too small. Once our minimum spend is met, we're happy to accommodate groups of any size, up to a maximum of 60 guests. We prefer to keep events intimate to maintain our focus on quality and personalized service.
Do you travel outside of Cork?
Yes, we are willing to travel anywhere in Ireland and we’ve even done events in other countries for our clients. Travel fees apply for events beyond a 30-minute radius from Kinsale. For more distant locations, overnight accommodation may also be necessary. These details will be discussed during the planning process.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free Menus?
All our packages include a vegetarian option. For other dietary restrictions, consider our packages with custom menus or build-your-own packages, which can be fully tailored to your needs.
Do you come with a mobile kitchen unit?
No, we utilize your kitchen or the kitchen in your holiday rental or accommodation to finalize preparations. We also have our own commercial kitchen outside of Kinsale for initial preparations.
Do you provide dishes?
We utilize your existing dishware for events. If additional items are needed, we collaborate with trusted rental partners. Please note, we prefer to rent complete sets to avoid mixing personal and rental items, with the exception of tables and chairs, which can be rented as needed.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events during peak seasons. This allows us ample time to plan and tailor our services to your specific needs.
Can you accommodate events on short notice?
If our schedule permits, we can accommodate events with at least two weeks' notice during high season and 10 days' notice during low season. Please be aware that some suppliers may impose rush fees for expedited orders, which will be added to your invoice.
Do you provide staff for serving and bartending?

Can you assist with rentals for marquees, karaoke machines, chauffeurs, and other services?
Absolutely. We have established relationships with various vendors to enhance your event and make your stay in Ireland more enjoyable. Please feel free to ask and we will let you know if we can help.
Can we hire you for multiple days during our vacation?
Yes, we offer multi-day bookings, providing a chef and front-of-house team at your full disposal. We may require on-site or nearby accommodation and charge €1,500 per day plus the cost of food and drink. Alternatively, you can book us for multiple nights and/or opt for additional services like breakfast hampers or take-and-bake meals during your stay. Do you offer vouchers?
Yes, vouchers for our private dining events or cooking lessons are available for purchase in amounts of €300 or more.
Do you still offer private cooking lessons?
Yes, we provide private cooking lessons during our slower season, from the October bank holiday weekend to the Easter bank holiday weekend. The minimum group size is four people, with lessons starting at €150 per person, including an in-depth session followed by a sit-down dinner.
What is your cancellation policy?

How late can I change my guest count or Alert you of a dietary restriction?
We understand plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate your event, please note:
Guest Count Adjustments: We require final guest numbers at least 7 days before your event. Changes within this period may incur additional fees.
Dietary Restrictions: For any dietary changes after the menu has been finalized, please email us immediately. For menu changes a fee may apply.

Are you accredited and insured?
Yes, we are fully accredited and insured in Ireland, ensuring a professional and secure service for your event.
Can I create my own bespoke experience or customize my event using your Extra Enhancements options?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with you to bring your vision to life. You can request a Build-Your-Own package or select options from our Signature Enhancements, provided the minimum spend is met.
